 Gov. Diri meets leadership of Nembe-Se Congress


...restates commitment to the commencement of the Nembe-Brass road


Governor of Bayelsa State, Senator Douye Diri has restated the commitment of the government to commence the all-important Nembe-Brass road. 


Governor Diri stated this when he received the leadership of the Nembe-Se Congress led by its president, Professor M.I Godwin Egein on a courtesy visit in Government House, Yenagoa. 


The Governor who further stated that the benefits of the road could not be overemphasized, said government would by April flag off the road project.


"The Nembe-Brass road will kick-off under our watch. This road, if constructed, will have huge economic benefit to the State. This is one of the roads that has security embedded in it, so we will do all it takes to commence that road project", Gov. Diri stated.
