For a person to be an ‘Outstanding Leader’ It’s believed that a true leader is already born with some personal characteristics that identify his leadership. In general, it may be called having charisma. Do you believe in this statement?
Or maybe a continuous and hard work can help you to develop some inspirational characteristics of a leader?
Let’s discuss some qualities that all the inspiring leaders have, and how my great leader ‘Prince Doodei Agbabou Week’, the Honourable Commissioner for Agriculture and Natural Resources fits into the picture as a very competent leader of our time.
High level of intuition is one of the qualities of a good leader which Honourable Doodei Agbabou Week is an embodiment of.
To know true self, to feel what is really going on inside of your body and soul, to hear the inner voice of the intuition that has already known how to do things right – this is what the most inspiring leader can do well. A true leader can’t be manipulated because he always knows what exactly he wants from life.
In a similar vein, very early in life Prince Doodei discovered himself as one that fits into the person’s with such innate qualities and abilities. Very early in life he started to show leadership abilities and eventually handled positions of leadership at various levels. ie
1. He became the Deputy Chairman, (defunct UNCP) Southern Ijaw LGA, Bayelsa State -1996-1998
2. He was also the Chairman Caretaker Committee, Ogboin South/Tarakiri RDA, Bayelsa State - 2001-2002
3. Special Assistant to HonourableCommissioner for Commerce and Industry, Bayelsa State, 2002-2004
4. Coordinator, Dickson Support Mobement (DSM), Southern Ijaw LGA, 2015-Date
CAREER/CULTURAL LEADERSHIP-
1. Youth President, Ayama Ijaw Community
2. President, Tarakiri Youth Association
3. President, National Association of Tarakiri Youths
4. Chairman, Ijaw National Congress, Tarakiri Clan Chapter
5. State Coordinator, NDDC, Yenagoa, Bayelsa State
6. Head, Special Duties, NDDC, Uyo, Akwa-Ibom State Office
7. He is currently the Honourable Commissioner for the Ministry forAgriculture and Natural Resources, Bayelsa State.
Another Quality of good leader is Courage and the Willingness to take risks
Every leader is aware of the price of comfort inactivity. That’s why between action and inaction they always choose to take their chance and to lose everything than to be scared by own hesitation. Make mistakes because they improve your personality!
Without courage and willingness to serve his people, Prince Doodei Agbabou Week wouldn’t leave the NDDC where he has rising to the position as Deputy Director to join our amiable Governor Henry Seriake Dickson to improve the Agricultural sector of the Bayelsa State economy. During the 2015 governorship election and the past Presidential, National and State Assembly elections, Doodei Week was at the forefront mobilizing and leading voters in his constituency to vote for the candidates of our great party, PDP which gave victory to all our candidates in his domain.
That is the kind of person we need as Governor.p to take over from the White Shark, the Ofuruma Pepper who is clever ready to defend and protect the people and the votes from those who use violence and federal might to intimidate and bully our people. Not like some that appear only during election times and disappear to thin air thereafter. You can trust Doodei

Week to lead the people of Bayelsa State with the support of all our loyal party members to victory if he wins the forthcoming governorship PDP party Primary election.
Since he was appointed as the Honourable Commissioner for the Agriculture Ministry, great changes and improvements have taken place. Some of which have started yielding additional revenue to the state coffers and others are under construction at various stages of completion. ie
1. The completion and putting into use of the Aquaculture Village, Yenegwe
2. The construction of the Ebedebiri Cassava and Starch processing factory which is 80% completed.
3. The reorganization of the Bayelsa Palm which has enabled the payment of salaries and wages of workers in the farm. Before he took over, salaries and wages were payed by the State government.
4. The construction of the Igeibiri fish farm which has reached advanced state.
5. The construction of modern fish farm at Ogbogoro (construction is ongoing)
6. The development and supporting of small scale farmers in the State.
Looking at the stages of growth of this energetic, very vibrant, dedicated and self-sacrificing leader, he should be supported by all progressive-loving men, women, young boys and girls including political stakeholders of our great state for the governorship slot of the state come November 16, 2019.
There is no doubt that all our aspirants for the governorship position are good people. But at the moment Prince Doodei Week seems to be the best that will solidify the strong foundation our dynamic and visionary Governor, Henry Seriake Dickson has put in place and to push ahead from where he will stop as he steps aside on the 14/07/2020.
Support Prince Doodei Agbabou Week for Governor, 2019
